This policy explains how Domivids handles TikTok account and video publishing data.

Information we collect

When a TikTok account owner connects TikTok to Domivids, we may receive TikTok account identifiers such as open ID, display name, avatar, and authorised access tokens.

We may also store uploaded video files, captions, posting status, TikTok post IDs, error logs, and operational records needed to run the publishing workflow.

How we use information

We use TikTok information only to authenticate the authorised account, upload selected videos, publish approved videos, check upload or posting status, maintain the connection, and troubleshoot errors.

What we do not do

We do not sell TikTok user data. We do not use TikTok data for unrelated advertising. We do not publish to a TikTok account unless that account owner has authorised the connection and the video has been approved for posting.

Storage and security

TikTok access tokens are stored securely and used only for the authorised posting workflow. Operational records are kept only as needed to run, verify, and troubleshoot the service.

Revocation and deletion

The TikTok account owner can revoke access through TikTok account settings. You can also contact us to request deletion of stored TikTok connection data.
